Refund policy

We do not accept any cancellations, returns, or exchanges after an order has been placed. Please note that we cannot accept any refund in case of return without notice or return or cancellation due to refusal to receive.

Cases eligible for a refund :

If an item arrives that is different from your order, or if we recognize an initial defect, we will replace the item or issue a refund.
Please inform us of your order number and details to the following address within 7 days of the product shipment.
In this case, we will bear the shipping costs.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases, even if the product is different from your order or we recognize the initial defect.

  • Products that have been shipped more than 7 days after the date of delivery.
  • Merchandise that has been opened and used by the customer. (merchandise that has incomplete hangers, tags, etc. attached at the time of return.)
  • Products that have been defaced or damaged by the customer.
  • Goods returned unilaterally.
  • Products purchased outside of our online store.
